ABOUT JORDAN

Obtaining a B.S. Exercise Science (strength and Conditioning)  gave me a strong background in anatomy, physiology, and understanding basic human biomechanics.  This foundation allows me to better understand and evaluate other unconventional fitness systems by analyzing how and why they work.  I believe scientific principles of strength and conditioning should form the foundation of any fitness program.

PHILOSOPHY

When you master foundational movement patterns, it makes you better at everything.

Health and fitness is both simpler than people think and more complicated at the same time.  Its simpler from the standpoint of equipment, devices, and amenities needed.  It’s more complicated in that it requires focus, dedication, and a heightened sense of bodily awareness.
